Domestic shipping provider
Our delivery service provider is Yu-Pack Services and our delivery location is limited to the areas they cover. Therefore, there may be isolated islands within Japan we are unable to fulfil. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Shipping and handling cost
The shipping prices will be calculated through our website on the check out page. Shipping price is based on Yu-Pack Services. If there are changes to the shipping fee, we will contact you via email or phone to inform you.
We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. If an error was made during the fulfilment process.
Tracking your order
After we have confirmed your payment at check out, we will ship out your orders. We will provide you with a tracking number for your order. Depending on your delivery in Japan address, it is estimated the shipping will arrive within 24h hours.
Correct delivery address
We will ship to the address that is in the order. We are not responsible for any lost due to incorrect address or if the package is damaged as a result of negligence of the delivery service provider.
In any case, we will do our best to help you resolve any delivery issues that arise.
Out of stock
At the time of picking and packing, if the product(s) in your order is not available, we will contact you (the customer/buyer) via email or phone. to determine if you would like to
1. cancel your order and issue a refund
2. refund the missing item(s) and send the remainder of your order
Important: If we do not receive a response from you within two days of contact, we will refund for the missing item(s) only and send the remainder of your order.
We will make every effort to pack the items in to the package to ensure that they will arrive at destination in good condition within the normal expected travel times. However, we cannot protect against unexpected delivery delays and climate conditions.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please be aware of the return/exchange policy when placing an order.
As our products are perishable by nature, we do not accept returns and/or offer a refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you decide to the return your purchase, the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
A service with tracking information is strongly encouraged when shipping a return package. We are not responsible for any lost, incorrectly addressed or damaged return packages.
Should you need to request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that orders that have been shipped out cannot be cancelled and we reserve our right not to refund the money.
If you would like to ship our produce internationally, please contact us directly before placing your orders.
Depending on the destination. There may be custom regulations that prohibits produce from overseas. You (the customer/buyer) are responsible to check if the destination allows for import before ordering from us. Tomiko’s Little Farm will not be responsible if the products are rejected and destroyed at destination.
Shipping Rates by Prefectures
Below delivery charges are by Yu-Pack Services and may subject to change at their discretion. The delivery charges are not included into the price of the items and will be calculated into the final amount upon check out.
